Request account deletion

You can request deletion directly in Cherry Tax under Settings → Legal & account → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use the email link below to start a deletion request.

• We will verify that you own the account before completing deletion.
• We delete account data that is not required to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security or regulatory reasons.
• If a retention obligation applies, retained records are restricted to that purpose and deleted when the retention period ends.
